All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Products are sold “as is,” without a voluntary warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Pinned By Sophie website and purchases from Pinned By Sophie. Please review them before ordering. Online ordering and payment collection are not currently enabled; adding an item to the preview bag does not place an order or charge you.
2. Orders and customization
When ordering becomes available, review your selected designs, quantities, finishes, colors, spelling, names, numbers, and delivery details before submitting an order. Personalization is based on the details you provide. Screen colors and illustrative previews may differ slightly from the finished product. This does not excuse supplying an incorrect item or materially misrepresenting a product.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the payment for the unfulfilled portion.
3. Final sales; no returns or exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind, selection errors, or customer-supplied personalization errors. This applies to standard buttons, pearl-accent buttons, custom designs, and packs. Please check your choices carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not remove any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law, including remedies for non-delivery, incorrect goods, or defective products where legally required. If there is a problem with an order, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Do not send an item back without return instructions.
4. “As is” products; no voluntary warranty
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” PINNED BY SOPHIE DOES NOT PROVIDE A VOLUNTARY PRODUCT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions. Any mandatory warranties, rights, and remedies remain in effect. Nothing in these terms overrides an express product description or promise that is legally binding, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for injury caused by a defective product.
5. Product use
Buttons have sharp pins and may include small decorative parts. They are accessories, not toys. Keep them away from young children and use care when attaching, wearing, and removing them. Stop using a button if its pin or decorations become loose or damaged.
6. Website and design rights
You may browse this website for personal shopping purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or copy protected shop content for commercial resale without permission. If you submit custom wording or artwork, you are responsible for having the rights needed to use it. School names or references do not imply an official affiliation or endorsement.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We do not sell personal information.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of an accepted order.
Online ordering is not yet available. A dedicated customer-service and privacy contact will be posted here before online ordering opens. If you already communicate directly with Pinned By Sophie, you may use that same channel for questions about these policies.
